Lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. We all have twenty-four-hour days.
-- Zig Ziglar
And he's right.
If you are wishing for more hours in a day, you are doing something wrong.
There are only 24 hours a day. For all of us. What we do in those hours is the key!
Thanks to the course, I was able to settle my thinking and regain my focus on the things that move me forward.
But many creators struggle with that. They are distracted by their phone, social media, their peers, the environment, and many things more. With the result, that they
If that sounds familiar and you want to achieve more in life than that of Netflix & chill, this course is for you.
Any advice for someone who can sit for hours trying to do deep work but can't focus enough to produce much?

It's not for you? That is totally fine and I do not want your money. I want happy customers. So, if you are not satisfied with the course and it do not help you, email me within 14 days of your purchase, and I give you a full refund. I don't ask questions; however, it would be great if you provide me with quality feedback so I can improve on it.
My hesitations to buy the course were fear of lack of time to do the course or adding something else to my ToDo list.
As a result of taking the course, I found that it's up to me toowningmy time and prioritize and if I am not focused then I cannot do this or maintain this. I also learned that I had a strong desire to get too many things done and as a result I wasn't making much progress on anything.
I really liked the personal attention, feedback and follow-up that Jens provided.
The 3 benefits of this course for me are:
- Understanding what is preventing me from getting things done that I want to get done.
- That I cannot accomplish getting everything at the same time and that I need to choose and prioritize better.
- That I can accomplish what I want if I am focused.
I would recommend this course to anyone who feels like they are spinning their wheels trying to accomplish their goals. I think there are a lot of individuals out there trying todo it allbecause they want it all but end up making little to no progress because they are constantly context switching better too many things.
This is a course that I think anyone can benefit from, even if it's just to validate their level of focus.
I had no obstacle, because I wanted to help the members of IndieStack and especially I got access to the course for free, for which I am very grateful, because right now I have such a more difficult period when I want a lot of things and I can not finish any of them and my focus is out of focus. 😊
Thanks to the course, I was able to settle my thinking and regain my focus on the things that move me forward. I have developed a plan with the tasks I want to do in order to work towards the goals I defined at the beginning of the course. I also realized a few mistakes I made every day that made it difficult for me to finish things. Gradually I try to eliminate them in order to reach my full potential.
For me personally, the most helpful chapter was the chapter that deals with time planning and things that are not directly related to work. (rest, family, sports, sleep). I never planned these things extra unless it was necessary, because I didn't consider it important. Well, then I did a few things at once and that's not good for focus, because I didn't do any of them one hundred percent.
3 other benefits about the course:
- The course is written in simple language and very understandable.
- There are many examples and practical tips and procedures in the course on how to improve focus.
- The course contains materials, exercises and assignments that I can turn to in case I need to reconsider my thoughts so as not to lose focus again.
Definitely recommend this course. Why? Because if anybody wants to be more productive and happy, needs to be more focused!
I would just like to note that this 7-day course should be mandatory for all indie makers, freelancers, people working remotely and people who are generally unhappy at their job.

My name is Jens, and I am a software developer, mindfulness coach, father, and the founder of the MindfulDevMag.
I am a thinker type and had a hard time connecting my thinking with my emotions. They were so often contradicting each other that I was paralyzed, didn't know what to do or what I wanted in life. Over the years, this worsened and was tearing me apart, resulting in psychosomatic problems.
Until I discovered the art of mental training and mindfulness. That changed my life forever. Now my thinking and emotions work together as a great team, and I am on my road to building my dream life.
Part of my dream is to help more people think for themselves and live a life they want to live and enjoy. Everything starts with your mind. And the MindfulDevMag is the place to help you with that using a unique combination of articles, books, courses, and apps.
Change your mind, change our life.
I use Paddle.com for all my payments. They are acting as my reseller and are a leading payment provider loved in the software world. Maybe that's because some of you don't know them. Never had any issue with them on both sides- buying and selling.
Plus, I never see any credit card details, which I love because they take care of all the security, and I have to worry less.
For some, the checkout price differs slightly from the one stated on the page, and you get these strange looking prices like 5.81. That's because of taxes and currency exchange reasons.
I show prices excluding taxes in USD as it makes it easier for most customers. I am EU-based, so anyone from the EU will have to pay it's country taxes. All others not.
Most of you are outside the EU and should not experience this.
But I can tell you, this tax stuff is ridiculously complicated. That's why I am happy that Paddle also takes care of this for me.
You get future updates for free. Every time I update the book or add something to the bundle like the future audiobook version, you'll get them free of charge. It's different from buying on Amazon or any retailer site. With them, you just get the version at buy-time and never see any updates and have to pay for ebook and audiobook separately. Not with me.
