My hesitations to buy the course were fear of lack of time to do the course or adding something else to my ToDo list.

Thanks to the course, I was able to settle my thinking and regain my focus on the things that move me forward. I have developed a plan with the tasks I want to do in order to work towards the goals I defined at the beginning of the course. I also realized a few mistakes I made every day that made it difficult for me to finish things. Gradually I try to eliminate them in order to reach my full potential.
For me personally, the most helpful chapter was the chapter that deals with time planning and things that are not directly related to work. (rest, family, sports, sleep). I never planned these things extra unless it was necessary, because I didn't consider it important. Well, then I did a few things at once and that's not good for focus, because I didn't do any of them one hundred percent.
