Turn the news off Do a breathing exercise till you feel calm
Breathing is more than just life. It has also the power to calm us down or stir us up.
Inhale slowly and deep into your stomach area. Feel your belly moving by the air.
And calmly exhale.
Repeat till you calmed down.
