I was buying my regular shower gel yesterday, and for the first time, I really noticed that they had a greeting card/postcard stand.
Talk perception, but that’s for another email…
As I love postcards, I took a look, of course, and found a fantastic one with a quote on it that I want to share with you:
“Weniger reden, mehr machen”
“Talk less, do more” in English.
What I love about it is that you can replace the talking part with almost anything else you do.
Then, slightly extend the “more” part to “do more of what’s good for you” or make it even more precise.
For example:
“Doomscroll less, do more that’s good for you”
Or:
“Doomscroll less, go for a walk more often”
And then place it as a reminder at the crucial places, like your fav. spot to doomscroll.
