Everybody lies

That was long. Just hit send on my last email and in a blink of an eye, time flew by and we’re close to summer :-)

Anyway.

Dimitry replied to my last email about The Good and one sentence hit in and I yelled “exactly!” in agreement.

Everybody lies

was what he wrote and he’s 💯 correct.

It doesn’t matter where you live or what you read, which news you consume, or whatever. Everybody is lying to you and everybody else around you.

Why?

First, there’s no universal truth and second, people have their own agenda and they want you to do something.

The second can be good or bad and with good or bad intentions. And sometimes they don’t even know they are lying… remember, we are all living in our own bubbles with our own reality or better perception of it and what we believe to be reality.

With such a bias in front of you, how can there be a universal truth?

Any truth is made up by your bubble or builds together with other people’s bubbles and sometimes it sounds reasonable like gravity laws for example.

And even then others are challenging it and it has to be adjusted like gravity laws over centuries.

And then others come and challenge this truth again and suddenly everybody is accusing the other believers of lying.

And human emotions stir everything up … aaaaand boooom.

Everything has multiple sides/viewpoints and there’s no universal truth. You need to look at any side as unbiased as you can and then make up your own truth.

Think about it.
