Kill mindfully

Yeah, you read right.

If you want to kill somebody, figuratively, do it mindfully like I wished to with the customer experience I mentioned last time.

I don’t believe there’s anything wrong with feeling anger, being mad at someone, and wanting the other person’s face to meet your fist.

As long as we don’t follow through.

Violence is seldom a valid option.

Yet, if you’ve got these thoughts, do it mindfully.

Be aware of why you’re mad, be aware of what triggered you, and if you still wanna punch them imaginatively, do it mindfully, be aware of why, what, and how.

Only then can you learn what happened that you got so triggered and how you can prevent it next time.

The worst thing folks do is fall into some unconscious and automatic behavior where they have no control over their actions.

Then you might do mad shit and regret it after.

But then it’s too late.

It can’t be undone.

And sometimes, being aware of your thoughts is all you need. It might even give you a new topic for an email :-)
