Will you regret it?

With a random thought today, I realized that it will be 10 years from my first visit to Japan next year.

10 years which I could’ve used but didn’t.

I visited 3 times so far.

Every time I tried to learn a bit of Japanese and told myself to learn more and regularly.

Every single time I just started a few weeks before.

That’s a lot of wasted time

Let’s put why I didn’t pursue learning aside and leave it for another email.

Do I regret it?

No.

But it brought up an interesting thought.

What if you move the time frame to the future? Will it help you in finding out if the thing you want to do or not, will be beneficial for your future self?

Or that you will not regret it at least.

Will your future self want to travel back in time to kick your ass or not?

Now, that’s a fascinating question you can predict the answer to.
